Srinagar: Three girls’ sustained splinter injuries after unknown persons on Thursday lobbed a grenade towards beauty parlour in Pulwama district of south Kashmir.
A police officer told GNS that suspected militants attacked “Rani Beauty Parlour” at around 3:45 pm near Rajpora Chowk in Pulwama Town. In the incident, three girls sustained minor splinter injuries and were hospitalized, he said, adding the parlour also suffered damage.
Soon after the attack SOG, police and CRPF arrived on the spot and launched manhunt to nab the attackers. Reports said clashes between youths and government forces also erupted in Pulwama Town after the grenade attack. (GNS)
