Addressing a hurriedly called press conference here he said for spontaneous emergencies, phone numbers will be shared at district level so that people can talk to nodal officers immediately and travel on the highway. Similarly, he said, tourist vehicles will be allowed to move after due scrutiny while people, who have to travel to airport, their tickets will be checked and allowed to move.
