People appeal Govt to clear its stand so that confusion is removed

Srinagar: Clerk strike today entered seventeenth day, the stalemate continues with no possible signs from either side of softening stand. The strike has paralyzed the functioning in the government offices leaving thousands of people in distress.

Sources told KNS that students appearing for many exams and jobs interviews face difficulties as they require State subject certificates and other documents which they are unable to produce due to strike of Clarks. Many old age pensioners are also suffering. They accused government of not listening to the demands of the Clerks.

People have appealed government to clear its stand so that confusion is removed.
Meanwhile the striking Clerks are holding a grand convention in Baramulla today.
